Travel & Accommodation Information

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from the event location.
A hotel contingent has been reserved for our group at a rate of €100.32 per person per night. The hotel is within walking distance of FIB, making it easy for all to reach the venue.
All reservations will be handled centrally by us; however, each participant is required to pay for their accommodation directly at the hotel upon arrival or departure.

Catering During the Event
Meals and refreshments during the conference will be provided by FANUC. To ensure proper planning, please indicate your attendance during registration.
