Travel arrangements

We’re anticipating that customers from all over Europe will attend this special event. During your visit to Tokyo, a representative from FANUC Europe will accompany you and be available to assist as needed. The following summarizes all expenses.

Customers will be responsible for the following travel expenses:

Roundtrip airfare to Tokyo
Hotel New Otani (~€300 EUR)
- Includes breakfast and local taxes
Ground transportation to/from the hotel
- From Narita – we recommend an Airport Limousine (airport shuttle bus service) from the arrivals level (~€20 EUR each way – YEN and CC are accepted)
- From Haneda – we recommend a taxi (~€60-70 EUR each way)
Incidentals and some meals

FANUC will be responsible for the following travel expenses:

Roundtrip transportation to FANUC Corporation from the Hotel New Otani
Meals during your visit to FANUC Corporation
Some organized meals hosted by FANUC in Tokyo
Optional activities and transportation on May 22
